I have a passion for fitness that stems from my time spent in the armed forces. During this time I experienced the benefits of being physically fit and maintaining an active lifestyle.
When I left the Army at the end of 2003 I suffered from depression and found that my fitness training played a major part in helping me recover, during this time my passion for health and fitness grew and I decided that I wanted other people to experience the added benefits that keeping an active lifestyle can offer.
I have been a qualified personal trainer now for 3 years and after spending a short time in the leisure industry took it upon myself to strike out on my own. I now have a fitness studio at metropolitan house with the added benefit of being able to train clients at home if they so wish. Through experience I can safely say that Personal training is the most effective way of reaching your health and fitness goals from weight loss to sports specific training it’s the safest most productive way of reaching your potential.
