Lynn Gate:

“I have been training with Scott for 2 years and have enjoyed every session!! With Scott’s encouragement and inter-personnel skills as well as his extensive knowledge on fitness and nutrition I feel as if I want to shout from the roof tops how good it is to feel fit and well.

I found that I was always doing for other people and never took time for myself, with Scott’s encouragement and motivation he took me to a level that I never thought I would be able to reach. I certainly would not have motivated myself to go to the gym! Having some-one to support you all the way makes a huge difference and has changed my life for the better”

Elliott Ward:

"I began training with Scott in September 2008. My initial goal at that stage was to improve my speed for the Great North Run. I had completed the run on 10 previous occasions in times varying from 1hr 55 minutes to 2hrs 10 minutes. Scott trained me for 4 weeks prior to the race focussing on speed and interval training. My time for the race was a fantastic 1 hr 50 minutes - 5 minutes faster than any previous half marathon! Over the last six months my body fat percentage has dropped from 23% to 18.5%. With Scott’s guidance and support I have also managed to drop 10lbs in weight.

Finally, Scott trained me for the first 5 months of 2009 toward my lifelong goal of completing a marathon which I did in Edinburgh on 31May 2009. Scott embraced and supported me throughout my training schedule. Scott has become a friend over the last year that we have worked together but he remains the boss! He has given me invaluable advice on diet and nutrition which I have gradually built into my lifestyle."
