>> All programmes will consist of a flexibility and mobility element to increase your potential through fitness and reduce the risk of injury.


>> A range of movement test will be given as part of your assessment to identify the parts of your body that need specific attention.

 

>> From this you will be provided a stretching regime to run in conjunction with your fitness programme and be given assisted stretching during your sessions to aid this further.
